PROJECT COORDINATOR

 

Job Description:

 

  • Maintain high quality customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with project teams and other internal parties on order processing and delivery arrangement.
  • Liaise with factory and co-ordinate with senior management across diverse business functions.
  • To manage or assist in all projects assigned by senior management in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure smooth communication and consistent work practices in showroom to facilitate the delivery of sales and superior customer services

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following qualities and skills:

 

  • High Diploma or higher with 1-2 years’ related experience.
  • Interested in interior design and office planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Hardworking, Detail-minded, Self-motivated, well-organised, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to start immediately.

 

PROJECT SALES / SHOWROOM EXECUTIVE

 

Job Description:

 

  • To approach corporate clients, furniture designers and architects to secure new business locally.
  • To grow our companies client base and foster excellent business relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • To communicate well at all levels to ensure reliable delivery of services to clients.
  • To manage or assist in all projects assigned by senior management in an efficient manner.

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following qualities and skills:

 

  • High Diploma or higher with 2 years’ related experience.
  • Interested in interior design and office planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
  • A results driven professional confident in preparing detailed solutions, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
  • Able to move swiftly on projects when needed.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Able to start immediately.
